Workshop Terms & Conditions
Booking
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.
• Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed with us in advance.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable, as materials and preparation will already be underway, however where possible bookings can be transferred to a later session if cancellation is within 3 days of the booked session.
• If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to gift your space to someone else — just let us know their name beforehand.
• If we need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to move to a future date.
Accessibility & Safety
• Workshops involve working with soil, plants, and glassware. Please follow all safety guidance provided during the session.
• If you have allergies, sensitivities, or accessibility needs, please share them when booking so we can accommodate you wherever possible.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Your Terrarium
• You’ll leave with a completed terrarium and a care guide.
• While we provide high-quality materials and guidance, the long-term health of your terrarium depends on your care at home.
• Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for terrariums after the workshop, but we’re always happy to offer advice if you need help.
Photography
• We may take photos during the workshop for social media and promotional use.
• If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know at the start, that’s absolutely fine.
Liability
• By attending, you accept responsibility for your own safety and personal belongings.
• We are not liable for accidental damage to personal items or injuries resulting from misuse of materials.
